Key Responsibilities:

* Support proactive maintenance to minimise downtime
* Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring faults
* Identify and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities
* Take part in reliability-based initiatives and team projects
* Contribute to safety processes, including risk assessments

You''ll Need:

* A multi-skilled maintenance background in a manufacturing environment
* A relevant electrical qualification (NVQ, BTEC, Diploma, City & Guilds etc.)
* A proactive mindset with a keen eye for improvement
* Willingness to get involved in H&S, reliability, and engineering performance

Location:

Easily commutable from Peterborough, Wisbech, Huntingdon, Ely, Downham Market, Spalding, Chatteris etc.
