Multi-skilled Engineers - Monday-Friday (8-hours)

Salary: -49,000 + annual bonus + overtime available

There are 2 shifts available both Monday to Friday with no weekends: 5:30am to 2pm or 10:30am to 7pm

Commutable from: Daventry, Northampton, Rugby, Banbury, Brackley, Towcester, Long Buckby, Weedon Bec, Crick, Flore, Barby, Kilsby, East Haddon, West Haddon, and Bugbrooke.

Are you an electrically biased engineer or a multi skilled engineer looking for your next move in manufacturing?

We are partnering with a market leading bakery working with a small, skilled engineering team in a fast-paced rewarding bakery environment.

Key responsibilities:

* Deliver planned preventative maintenance and respond efficiently to breakdowns in a timely manner to maximise equipment uptime
* Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding on a variety of equipment
* Use the CMMS to record maintenance activity and planned maintenance
* Work effectively with external contractors and production teams to ensure smooth running of the factory
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, environmental and health and safety standards.

Key skills & experience:

* Time served or relevant engineering qualifications
* 17th or 18th Edition electrical certification (preferred)
* Previous maintenance experience within a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and health and safety standards
