Multi Skilled Engineer

We are seeking to recruit a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join one of our clients based in Telford.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for a Level 3 electrically qualified engineer with strong fault-finding abilities and, ideally, PLC experience.

This position offers genuine progression opportunities, with the potential to step into a Team Leader or Maintenance Supervisor role for the right candidate.

Details:

• £22.73PH DOE
• 8AM-4PM Monday to Friday
• On call (Wednesday nights) paid at overtime rate
• Overtime rates – Time and a quarter for first 2 hours and then time and a half any following hours

Duties:

• Minimise downtime and ensure maximum production efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Electrical fault finding and repairs on production and site equipment
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance
