We''re hiring a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join an established and growing food processing site in Cambridgeshire. With significant investment underway in new machinery, storage, and utilities, this is a great opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking engineering team.

Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: -56,000 + Benefits
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Nights)

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of production equipment

Diagnose faults and quickly resolve breakdowns to minimise downtime

Monitor and improve equipment performance through root cause analysis

Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

Maintain accurate records of work carried out using the CMMS

Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure smooth running of the plant

Requirements:

Time-served engineer with strong mechanical and/or electrical skills

Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally food or FMCG

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability under pressure

Good understanding of health & safety and food safety standards

Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
