About the Role
We are looking for a 5 x Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical background. This role involves intricate mechanical work, primarily conducted when the factory isn’t running. The work is split 50/50 between reactive and planned maintenance.

About You
The ideal candidate will have experience within planned maintenance and will have worked in the food production industry. We are seeking someone who can be flexible, has a can-do attitude and is able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fixing rollers, small gearboxes, and small motors
• Planning maintenance work for the weekend shifts on Monday and Tuesday
• Supporting with machinery breakdowns as needed
• Ensuring smooth operations across both sites

Key Skills/Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
• Experienced in planned and reactive maintenance
• Strong mechanical skills and ideally some electrical knowledge and experience
• Experience in manufacturing and food production
• Welding skills and experience would be ideal
