Multi skilled engineer

A leading industrial manufacturing site based near Stowmarket is seeking a skilled and driven Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer. The role involves supporting manufacturing and filling operations through planned and reactive maintenance, minor projects, and equipment repairs within a fast-paced industrial paint production environment.



This role would suit a mechanically qualified Maintenance Engineer with a background in industrial settings. Ideal candidates will be proactive, safety-conscious, and comfortable working both independently and within a team. An understanding of electrical systems is advantageous, and a strong focus on detail and problem-solving is essential.



Salary

-44k to -46k per annum, dependent on experience

Monday To Friday

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the facility.

• Interpret and work from technical engineering diagrams and drawings.

• Maintain and repair a range of mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions quickly and efficiently.

• Uphold all health and safety standards, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
