Multi-Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias (Food/FMCG)

Are you a hands-on, proactive Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias looking for your next challenge in a fast-growing food manufacturing environment?

My client is currently undergoing significant investment in new production lines, machinery, and automation, making this an exciting time to join and be part of the site''s upgrade from the ground up. Food/FMCG experience is highly desirable.

This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days & nights) and offers a competitive salary with opportunities for additional performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver high-quality mechanical and electrical maintenance across production and site facilities in line with safety and quality standards.

-Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation.

-Respond to production requirements and coordinate work with engineering and production teams.

-Liaise with contractors and manage spares efficiently.

-Maintain a safe, organised, and productive work environment.

Candidate Requirements:

-Apprentice-served, multi-skilled engineer with a combination of electrical and mechanical skills.

-Relevant engineering qualifications.

-Experience in food/FMCG or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

-Proactive, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high standards in all aspects of work.
