We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our high-performing maintenance team in London, supporting plant, equipment and building services across a busy commercial contract.What You''ll Be Doing Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across building services, plant rooms and site infrastructure. Maintain and support core FM systems including HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, emergency lighting, small power and general electrical systems. Complete routine statutory and compliance checks, ensuring all work is delivered safely and in line with site procedures. Respond to building-services faults, diagnose issues quickly and complete first-time fixes where possible. Support minor plumbing, heating, ventilation, drainage and fabric maintenance tasks as required. Work safely on low-voltage electrical systems, carrying out basic fault-finding, isolations and repairs within competence. Use CAFM systems and mobile devices to receive, update and close planned and reactive tasks accurately. Liaise with the client, site teams and contractors to resolve maintenance issues and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
