This is a great opportunity to work within a stable, long-term role on a single site with no travel required. The role will involve carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems. You will be responsible for ensuring all plant, equipment, and electrical systems are maintained to a high standard, safe, and fully operational. Day-to-day duties will include fault finding, repairs, and general maintenance on electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated building services equipment. You will also support basic mechanical tasks where required as part of a multi-skilled team.
