Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: North Acton (Static Site)
Salary: £48,000 – £50,000

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join a well-established Facilities Management provider on a static site in North Acton. This is a great opportunity to work within a stable, long-term role on a single site with no travel required.

The role will involve carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems. You will be responsible for ensuring all plant, equipment, and electrical systems are maintained to a high standard, safe, and fully operational.

Day-to-day duties will include fault finding, repairs, and general maintenance on electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated building services equipment. You will also support basic mechanical tasks where required as part of a multi-skilled team.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks across site systems
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns
• Fault find and repair electrical systems and building services equipment
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Support site operations as part of a static engineering team

Requirements:

• Electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineer
• Experience within facilities management or building services
• Strong PPM and reactive maintenance experience
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of health and safety compliance
• Ability to work within a static site environment
