The Role You''ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance , ensuring machinery runs smoothly and downtime is kept to a minimum. This is a hands-on role where you''ll work on a variety of production equipment and play a key part in continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery. Responding quickly to breakdowns to maintain optimum performance. Supporting the introduction of new equipment - including installation, commissioning, and training. Driving a culture of continuous improvement across the site. About You Experience with processing or packing equipment is an advantage. Strong understanding of maintenance in a fast-paced production environment.
