A leading FM organisation is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrician across the West Midlands and Warwickshire to support planned, reactive and installation works within its growing portfolio. The Role As the Multi-Skilled Electrician, you’ll: Deliver electrical installation works across commercial environments. Complete planned, reactive and remedial maintenance. Carry out fault-finding across lighting, power, HVAC controls and associated systems. Undertake inspection, testing and condition reporting. Work with single and three-phase LV distribution, containment and final circuit cabling. Complete minor works independently and support larger projects alongside site teams. Carry out M&E asset verification and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota. Ensure all work complies with BS 7671, IET regulations and H&S requirements.
