A leading FM organisation is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrician across the West Midlands and Warwickshire to support planned, reactive and installation works within its growing portfolio. The Role As the Multi-Skilled Electrician, you ll: Deliver electrical installation works across commercial environments. Complete planned, reactive and remedial maintenance. Carry out fault-finding across lighting, power, HVAC controls and associated systems. Undertake inspection, testing and condition reporting. Work with single and three-phase LV distribution, containment and final circuit cabling. Complete minor works independently and support larger projects alongside site teams. Carry out MandE asset verification and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota. Ensure all work complies with BS 7671, IET regulations and HandS requirements.
