The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring all assets are maintained safely and efficiently. This role would suit an organised and proactive engineer with strong fault-finding skills and previous experience in commercial environments. K ey Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems and associated plant. Respond to breakdowns and fault-find on building systems. Maintain HVAC systems and environmental conditions. Complete service reports and compliance documentation using simPRO.
