This role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault finding, testing, inspections, and electrical installations across a large and technically challenging building environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with current regulations, and supporting the delivery of a high-quality facilities maintenance service. You will also be expected to undertake basic mechanical maintenance duties where required and contribute to the effective operation of the site''s planned maintenance programme.
