This is a key role within the site''s maintenance function - keeping production equipment running efficiently through a mix of planned and reactive electrical maintenance. What you''ll be doingPerforming planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown response on production machinery and electrical systemsFault-finding and diagnosing electrical issues across LV systems, PLCs, drives, and control panelsSupporting installation and commissioning of new equipment and process improvementsWorking collaboratively with mechanical maintenance colleagues on multi-discipline tasksMaintaining accurate maintenance logs and contributing to site improvement projectsWorking safely at all times in line with site health, safety, and environmental requirementsWhat we''re looking forRecognised electrical qualification - City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3, BTEC, ONC/HNC, or apprenticeship-trainedSolid maintenance experience within a manufacturing, processing, or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of LV electrical systems, motor drives (inverters/VFDs), and control panelsPLC fault-finding experience - Siemens S7 or Allen Bradley preferredAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsMulti-skilled ..... full job details .....
