This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial properties, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and minor installation works. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring building services are maintained to the highest standards, delivering a professional service while maintaining compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems. Service, maintain and repair commercial boilers, heating systems and associated plant equipment. Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime.
