Multi-skilled TradespeopleAn exciting position has become available for full-time Multi-skilled Carpenters covering London. Successful candidates will earn from £40,000 PAYE or £200 per day CIS-based, with plenty of overtime available if required.The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced tradesperson, who will undertake general maintenance and refurbishment work including detailed fire door repair works.Role Requirements Extensive experience of all of the fields aboveTime-served carpentry experience with relevant qualifications up to dateA flexible, friendly and helpful attitudeA full, clean driving licence Role Responsibilities A wide variety of maintenance and refurbishment projects, from small jobbing jobs to multi-week, multi-trade refurbishmentsExtensive fire door installation and repair experience essentialBathroom and kitchen fitting, whole house refurbishment, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, pointing, tiling, plastering and decoratingExperience with roofing, carpentry (flooring and building) and diagnosing/resolving damp and condensation issues a distinct advantageProviding exceptional customer service and communicationCompleting required paperwork to the highest standardWorking in teams and alone and to HandS guidelinesMaintaining a professional presentation and keeping company van clean and well maintained Company Our client is a long-established property maintenance company working with prime letting agents as well as domestic customers, ..... full job details .....
