Our client is seeking 2 dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality repair and maintenance services that support their mission of providing safe and affordable homes. Key responsibilities and outcomes include but are not limited to:Deliver high standards of work, relevant joineryCarry out secondary trade activities (Multi) within acceptable quality standards to support KPIs for a first time fix, such as plastering, basic plumbing etc Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to achieving operational performance targets.Accurately record and report operational activities following company and legislative procedures.Assess risks before work and follow strict Health and Safety measures to protect yourself, customers, and colleagues.Maintain the condition and appearance of the company vehicle to meet regulatory and company standards.Keep accurate van stock records to ensure materials are ..... full job details .....
