The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance and adaptations within the Building Division, providing a professional and high-quality service to customers while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Duties and Responsibilities: Carry out a range of repairs and maintenance works, including hanging doors, fitting and overhauling locks, window repairs, flooring repairs, kitchen units, fencing and patch plastering. Undertake minor plumbing repairs, including taps and WC cisterns. Carry out wall tiling, bath panel fitting, pipe ducting and casing, and other associated multi-trade tasks.
