Multi Skilled Carpenter

Bridgeman Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to work on social housing and property maintenance projects across the North West.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of building and remedial works within occupied residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Duties will include:

• General building and maintenance works
• Brickwork and blockwork repairs
• Plastering and patch repairs
• Rendering and making good
• Pointing and remedial works
• Flooring and minor joinery
• Boxing-in and finishing works
• Minor external works, including paving and flagging
• Making good following heating, plumbing and renewable energy installations
• Working within occupied properties and maintaining good customer service
• Completing work safely and in accordance with site requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Builder / Maintenance Operative
• Good all-round building skills
• Experience working in social housing or occupied properties preferred
• CSCS card preferred
• Full UK driving licence desirable
• Own tools and PPE
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
