The successful Multi Skilled Builder will need:

*A minimum of 3 years'' experience in relevant trades.

*Driver''s license is a must with no points.

*NVQs level 2 in relevant trades.

As a Multi Skilled Builder your role will include:

*Completing repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, tiling, roofing and decorating.

*Working in people''s homes in a clean, respectful, and efficient manner.

*Sourcing materials from stores to complete jobs, ideally in a single visit.
