Multi skill bathroom fitter

We are currently recruiting for an experienced-Multi-Skill Bathroom Fitter-to join our team on a-temp-to-perm basis, working across-social housing properties-in the-North West and Cheshire.

This role will involve carrying out bathroom works within occupied and void social housing properties, so we are looking for someone who is-reliable, hard-working, and able to follow instructions, while also being willing to help out where needed. You must be comfortable working to set processes and maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with tenants and site teams.

A-full driving licence-is essential, as the role requires travel between sites.

Key Requirements (Essential):

• Proven-social housing experience-(mandatory)
• Multi-skill bathroom fitting experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Valid CSCS Card
• Asbestos Awareness-(guidance can be provided)
• Working at Heights-(guidance can be provided)
• Face Fit-(provided if required)
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Willing to follow instructions and work as part of a team
