City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd .This is a key position, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a number of site locations within a specified region.To carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to a range of electrical, mechanical and building assets in ASDA stores in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the specified Company Health and Safety procedures.Base pay range

Complete all necessary PPMs and ensure all PPM remedial tasks are accurately logged and actioned, ensuring legal compliance.Supervise the Maintenance Assistant (MA), provide regular coaching and support them to perform their role in line with company processes.Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and contract SLA’s.Qualifications

Qualities/ Experience:CandG 2382 (18th edition)Level 3 core Electrical qualification, examples of which are: CandG2330, CandG 2365 (with relevant experience), CandG2365 etc.Desirable but not essential

Familiarity with completion of electrical certificationCity and Guilds 2391 Testing and InspectionTime served in electrical discipline or have relevant industry experience in a similar role.The ideal candidate

Ability to maintain/repair a range of electrical and mechanical equipment, e.g. fans, pumps and compressors, to recognised standardsGeneral plumbing and building experienceAbility to work at heightsCurrent driving licenceSeniority level
