This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive team within a business that is committed to quality, consistency, and long-term success.The RoleYou''ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the North West.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral property maintenance and repairs.Tapering, jointing and carpentry work.Basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.Install and replace fixtures and fittings.Carry out building inspections and routine maintenance.Respond to maintenance requests promptly.Keep accurate maintenance records.Work closely with colleagues, property managers and tenants.Maintain safe and tidy working areas.What We''re Looking ..... full job details .....
