Multi-Site Operations Manager

to lead and oversee up to 18 sites across the South West, primarily within the

education sector

alongside a small number of

BandI (Business and Industry) contracts .This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service standards across multiple contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, support and inspire site managers and teams across your portfolio.Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all contracts.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact.Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, quality, and efficiency.Manage budgets, performance targets and ensure contracts remain commercially successful.Support business growth opportunities within your region.

About You

Proven experience in

multi-site management , ideally within

education catering

or

business and industry sectors .Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.Commercially astute with excellent client relationship skills.Highly organised, flexible, and able to manage a varied workload.Based in or around the

Bristol/Bath area , with a full UK driving licence.
