Your new company You will be joining an established and growing construction company who have their headquarters in Worcester. Your new role This role is a permanent position, working full-time and involves working across Worcestershire, the Midlands and down to the South Coast. An exciting role working with their many sites, where you will be supporting the project managers and senior teams with administrative tasks. Key duties include: Administration for project managers across multiple sites in the Midlands and beyond. Inputting data and imagesCreating reportsSupporting the Social Value CoordinatorManage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.Assist in budgeting and financial tracking of departmental expenses.Organising and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.Support project management activities and assist with special projects as needed.Respond to enquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
