We are currently looking for a Domestic Gas Engineer/Plumber in the Portsmouth area to join a contractor that deliver high-quality reactive repairs, maintenance, and plumbing, heating & electrical services across the South of England on a permanent basis.
As a Domestic Gas Engineer/Plumber, you will be expected to complete:
What You''ll Do
As there next Domestic Gas Engineer/Plumber, you''ll:
- Attend boiler breakdowns and carry out heating system repairs and servicing
- Diagnose and repair general plumbing issues (leaks, faucets, baths, showers)
- Install, service, and repair un-vented cylinders
- Conduct landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) inspections
- Install and commission boilers
About you:
I''d love to hear from you if you are:
- Gas Safe registered and holding relevant plumbing and un-vented cylinder certificates
- Skilled at diagnosing boiler issues across different makes
- Confident handling installations including WCs, basins, taps, baths, and showers
- Reliable: Clean UK driving licence, able to pass a DBS check-and flexible to participate in an out-of-hours rota including weekends
