The postholder will identify and report safeguarding or property concerns, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to the delivery of an excellent repairs service. Key Responsibilities Carry out a range of domestic repairs, maintenance and improvement works, with a core trade in joinery. Demonstrate competence in at least one additional trade, such as plastering, plumbing, tiling, roofing repairs or groundworks.
