About the Role
As a Multi Drop Delivery Driver based in Balsall, you will collect and sort parcels from the local depot each morning before delivering letters and packages to residential and business addresses across the area. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, with 45 hours per week, offering £14.73 per hour. Duties involve handling items weighing up to 20kg, completing both driving and on-foot deliveries, and maintaining a professional standard of customer service. You must follow all safety and company guidelines. A full UK driving licence with a maximum of six points and no DR or IN endorsements is essential. Previous multi-drop experience is preferred but not mandatory; strong organisational skills and time management are key.

Key responsibilities:
- Start your day by sorting and collecting parcels from the local depot
- Deliver letters and parcels to local addresses efficiently and accurately
- Handle deliveries that may include carrying bags up to 16kg and parcels up to 20kg
- Complete both driving and on-foot deliveries where required
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
- Follow all safety and company delivery guidelines
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points – no DR or IN convictions)
- Previous delivery or multi drop driving experience preferred but not essential
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Clear communication and a positive attitude
- Ability to pass a Disclosure Check (Essential)
