This role is strictly office and home-based, focusing entirely on high-quality risk triage, initial screening, and multi-agency information sharing to ensure children and families receive the right level of support at the earliest opportunity.Role Overview and Key ResponsibilitiesOperating at the critical entry point of children''s services, your daily duties will include:Desktop Triage and Screening: Managing initial safeguarding referrals and alerts regarding children and young people, utilizing excellent telephone and email communication to gather multi-agency intelligence.No Community Visits: Conducting all assessments and information-gathering remotely via phone and digital channels-there is absolutely no field-based footprint or face-to-face family visiting required.Threshold Application and Signposting: Analyzing complex risk data to accurately determine thresholds, signposting families effectively to Level 2, 3, or 4 targeted interventions and statutory services.Multi-Agency ..... full job details .....
