Multi-Skilled Engineer (Static Site) - Raunds, NorthamptonshireLocation: Raunds, Northamptonshire Site: Howdens Manufacturing Facility Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary/Contract Shift: Monday to FridayJob OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a static engineering team at the Howdens site in Raunds. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the facility, ensuring all plant, equipment, and building services remain operational and compliant.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.Undertake general building fabric maintenance and repairs.Ensure all work is completed in line with statutory compliance requirements.Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests.Complete maintenance records and reports accurately.Work to strict service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.Liaise with site management and contractors when required.Maintain a safe working environment and follow all HSE procedures.RequirementsRecognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City and Guilds, NVQ, HNC/HND or equivalent).Previous experience in a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer, or Facilities Maintenance role.Strong knowledge of both MandE (Mechanical and Electrical) systems and general fabric maintenance.Experience working ..... full job details .....
