The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the facility, ensuring all plant, equipment, and building services remain operational and compliant. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults. Undertake general building fabric maintenance and repairs. Ensure all work is completed in line with statutory compliance requirements. Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
