Established over 40 years ago, my client has undertaken and successfully delivered an impressive range of projects in the public, private, commercial, education and residential sectors across Northern Ireland. Operating with a turnover of over £10m, the company maintains a strong presence in the construction industry in NI. Due to increased workload, they now require a MTC Quantity Surveyor to be based in their commercial team.Your new RoleReporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with the Operational Team you will be responsible for the delivery and management on a variety of projects as well as providing regular updates on their performance. You will be heavily involved in the preparation and management of the project budget including subcontractor procurement. The successful candidate will demonstrate a focus on establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all clients and all external parties.
