Londonderry  Your new company A respected maintenance and term-contract specialist operating across Northern Ireland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support a long-standing MTC framework at Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry. The organisation delivers essential building, fabric and minor works services within complex, live healthcare environments and is known for its reliability, strong client relationships and commitment to high-quality service delivery. Your new role You will take responsibility for the commercial management of a busy maintenance and minor works contract, ensuring accurate measurement, pricing and valuation of works carried out on the hospital estate.
