MSK PhysiotherapistContract: PermanentHours: Full-time, 40 hours per weekSalary: £34,000 £36,000 plus bonusLocation: South OxfordshireAbout the roleWe re recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated MSK Physiotherapist for a busy, well-established private clinic in Henley.This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist with at least three years post-qualification experience who wants to develop their clinical skills and progress within a supportive, experienced team.You ll manage a varied private MSK caseload, with regular mentoring, weekly in-service training and support from experienced clinicians across the wider clinical team.Key responsibilitiesManage a varied MSK caseload, from initial assessment through to rehabilitationDevelop and deliver evidence-based, patient-centred treatment plansUse appropriate outcome measures to monitor and demonstrate patient progressSupport patients in returning to function safely and effectivelyBuild and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other healthcare professionalsWork collaboratively with colleagues across the wider multidisciplinary teamWhat we re looking forBSc or MSc in PhysiotherapyCurrent HCPC registrationIdeally, at least three years post-qualification experience and a strong interest in MSKAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionA personable, professional approach and confidence in working with patientsMotivation to continue learning and developing clinicallyStrong teamwork skills and a ..... full job details .....
