About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced-MSK Clinical Lead Physiotherapist-to join a reputable healthcare provider in London. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for a motivated physiotherapist with expertise in Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. You will lead a team of physiotherapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while also managing your own patient caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of MSK physiotherapists, providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and support.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans for patients with a variety of MSK conditions, including back pain, sports injuries, arthritis, and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy interventions, utilizing advanced clinical skills and techniques to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor, evaluate, and refine treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical indicators.
- Ensure that the team adheres to best practices and clinical standards, maintaining the highest levels of patient care.
- Conduct regular team meetings, clinical audits, and case reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Liaise with consultants, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient management.
- Lead service development initiatives, contributing to the growth and quality of the MSK department.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
Key Requirements
- HCPC Registration-and membership with the-Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc).
- Demonstrable leadership experience.
- Proven clinical expertise in assessing and treating a wide range of MSK conditions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and motivating others to do the same.
- Experience in clinical supervision, mentoring, and team development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.
