MS Viva Glint and Pulse Technical SME

We are supporting a prestigious UK financial services organisation in the appointment of a Microsoft Viva Glint Consultant to lead the technical delivery and optimisation of its employee listening platform. This role requires a genuine Microsoft Viva Glint Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience designing, configuring and administering enterprise-scale employee engagement and pulse survey programmes. Working closely with HR, IT and senior business stakeholders, you will play a key role in enhancing employee experience through data-driven insights and best-in-class Microsoft Viva capabilities. Experience working within regulated environments such as financial services is highly desirable, alongside an understanding of HR processes and employee engagement methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the configuration, administration and optimisation of Microsoft Viva GlintDesign, build and manage enterprise employee engagement, life cycle and pulse surveysConfigure survey programmes, question libraries, reporting structures and user permissionsDevelop employee listening strategies aligned to business and HR objectivesProduce meaningful dashboards, analytics and reporting for HR and executive stakeholdersProvide technical expertise across Microsoft Viva Glint and the wider Microsoft Viva suite, including Viva InsightsCollaborate with HR, IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsAdvise stakeholders on employee listening best practices, ..... full job details .....
