CRM Recruit is part of the Banner SaaS solution and is built on Microsoft Dynamics, with delivery expected across roughly September to July. Key responsibilities Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM Recruit capabilities in line with signed-off business requirements and user stories. Work with Hexaware and delivery teams to estimate, plan and deliver CRM Recruit configuration packages through the programme timeline. Coordinate with Banner SaaS, CRM and integration teams where CRM Recruit interacts with Banner, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, downstream data sources/tables or dependent solutions. Support functional testing, UAT, system integration testing and cross-capability UAT focused on end-to-end student and staff journeys Contribute to delivery governance by aligning configuration work with signed-off user stories, change control and MVP/must-have scope decisions.
