MRO Senior Technician (Global Deployment)
Our client, operating in the aerospace sector, is urgently seeking a dedicated MRO Senior Technician (Global Deployment) to join their dynamic team. This permanent role involves maintaining and supporting Windracers UAV, ensuring they are of the highest operational standard. With a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota, you will need to be adaptable and ready to work in diverse, challenging environments, including conflict zones.Key Responsibilities:Embodiment of planned fleet modificationsCompletion of scheduled maintenanceDiagnosing, planning, and completing unscheduled maintenance and repairCollaborating with engineering/RandD on post manufacture product development modificationsConducting ground testing for quality assurance and fault diagnosisRectifying faults found during ground testingSupporting ground handling, refuelling, and flying operationsEnsuring compliance with airspace regulations and safety protocolsDocumenting and reporting issues, gathering necessary dataStaying informed about aviation regulations and obtaining necessary permitsCoordinating with ground crews, project managers, and team membersRecording flight, maintenance, modification, and incident activities accuratelyParticipating in training programmes to stay updated on UAV technology and best practicesCarrying out general duties to accomplish the company''s goalsLeadership and Continuous Improvement:Maintain currency with industry practices and foster continuous learningLead by example, adhering to company ..... full job details .....
