We are looking for an MRICS Valuation and Landlord and Tenant Surveyor to join a team specialising in the property industry. This role involves delivering high-quality valuations and landlord-tenant advisory services, ensuring compliance with professional standards in a role which offers the benefit of a hybrid of the best of public and private sector working.

Description

  • Conduct property valuations in line with RICS Red Book standards.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports for a range of property types.
  • Provide landlord and tenant advisory services, including lease renewals and rent reviews and lease restructuring.
  • Analyse and interpret property market data to support valuation work.
  • Advise on property investment opportunities and risks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated property solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships.

Profile

The successful candidate for this MRICS Valuation and Landlord and Tenant Surveyor job should have:

  • MRICS qualification with experience of valuation and landlord-tenant matters or working towards APC.
  • Strong knowledge of the property industry and relevant legislation and market trends.
  • Proven experience in conducting property valuations and lease negotiations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
