Your new roleAs a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional and project-led services. You will be involved in a diverse mix of projects including: Refurbishment and redevelopment of commercial offices, retail units, and mixed-use schemes Condition surveys and lifecycle assessments across varied property portfolios Dilapidations (acting for both landlord and tenant) on high-value commercial assets Contract administration and project management for fit-outs, renovations, and upgrades Technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals Work on historic and listed buildings, requiring a sensitive and informed approach.
