This role sits at the intersection of technology and finance, supporting both system configuration and service charge processes while working closely with finance, facilities, and technology stakeholders.Length: 6-8 weeks Day rate: DOEKey ResponsibilitiesProvide support and configuration for the Service Charge module within MRI HorizonReview, optimise, and maintain service charge system setupAct as the bridge between finance users and the MRI Horizon system, translating business requirements into practical system solutionsSupport service charge budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliationsTroubleshoot system and data issues related to service charge processing and reportingWork with internal finance, facilities management, and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient service charge workflowsSupport testing, data validation, and user queries related to service charge functionalityProduce clear documentation and provide knowledge transfer where requiredRequired ExperienceSignificant experience with the Service Charge module (essential)Proven hands-on experience working with MRI HorizonGood understanding of service charge accounting principles and how these are reflected in system configurationExperience working in environments where finance processes and systems intersectAbility to work independently and deliver outcomes within a short-term ..... full job details .....
