Move On Team Leader

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Move On Team Leader for a local authority in East London.In this role, you will lead a high-performing team to help households move out of temporary accommodation and into secure, sustainable homes, driving performance and delivering positive outcomes.Duties:Lead and manage the Move-On Team to deliver agreed performance targets.Oversee cases and ensure households progress from temporary accommodation into suitable homes.Identify and remove barriers to move-on, using housing and private rented sector opportunities.Work with internal and external partners to drive successful and sustainable tenancy outcomes.Qualifications and Experience:Experience leading and managing housing or homelessness teams.Strong knowledge of temporary accommodation and move-on processes.Proven track record of delivering performance targets and successful outcomes.Experience working with landlords, housing providers and external partners.What''s on offer:Salary: 37ph may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience Contract type: 12 months minimumHours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per weekHow to apply:Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
