This is an excellent opportunity to join a North London Local Authority as a Move-On Coordinator, playing a key role in supporting residents to transition successfully from assessment accommodation into long-term housing. In this role, you will take ownership of coordinating move-on activity, working closely with internal teams, Adult Social Care, Supported Housing Pathway Managers, PRS landlords and partner agencies to ensure residents receive the right support at the right time.
