Location: LancashireSalary:£19.67 per hour (including 7% attendance bonus) Approx. £40,573 per year + BenefitsWe''re recruiting for an experienced Moulding Technician to join a well-established manufacturer, supporting production through efficient tool changes, process optimisation and continuous improvement.The RoleCarry out tool and colour changes to minimise downtimeTroubleshoot injection moulding process issuesOptimise cycle times and machine performanceSupport and train setters on best practiceDrive continuous improvement, scrap reduction and Right First Time initiativesPerform basic machine maintenance (TPM) and liaise with maintenance on tooling repairsMaintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeepingWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience within an injection moulding environmentStrong process troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with Husky, Krauss Maffei or Toshiba injection moulding machines is highly desirableNVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering disciplineA proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skillsShift Pattern (Rotating 3-Shift)Monday-Friday: 07:00-15:00Sunday-Thursday: 23:00-07:00Monday-Thursday: 15:00-23:00Friday: 15:00-22:00Attendance Bonus: The hourly rate includes a 7% attendance bonus, paid monthly, subject to no absence during the previous month. ..... full job details .....
