The position would suit an experienced Setter looking to progress into supervision, or an established Supervisor who enjoys a hands-on technical role. Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:45pm-4:00am (39 hours per week) The Role Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of the night shift, leading a team of 6 operators . Key responsibilities include: Setting and operating injection moulding machines. Carrying out mould tool changes. Troubleshooting machine, mould and process issues. Optimising cycle times and production efficiency. Ensuring quality standards and production targets are met. Leading and supporting the night shift team.
