This is a hands-on opportunity for a practical and hardworking Moulding Preparation Operative who takes pride in producing high-quality work. As a Moulding Preparation Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation, assembly and finishing of moulded components, working closely with the wider production team to meet production requirements and quality standards. Key Responsibilities As a Moulding Preparation Operative, your duties will include: Preparing mouldings ready for the next stage of production. Assisting with the assembly and finishing of moulded parts. Carrying out preparation and bonding work. Cutting, grinding and flow coating components. Assisting with the production of sub-assemblies.
