This is a varied production role involving moulding, finishing, product removal, basic tool and equipment maintenance, quality control and housekeeping. The Role As a Moulding Operative, you will report to the Team Leader and will be responsible for your own work while contributing towards the overall performance of the team. You will support the production process and work flexibly across departments as required, ensuring production, quality, health and safety and employment standards are maintained.
