Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mould Technician to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role responsible for the installation, removal, setting and commissioning of compression mould tools on large hydraulic presses, helping to maintain high standards of safety, quality and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Install, remove, set and commission mould tools on hydraulic presses up to approximately 1,200 tonnes. Carry out efficient tool changeovers, supporting SMED and minimising production downtime. Set press parameters, cure cycles and temperature controls to achieve first-off quality.
